A new website for Davidson College's Food and Sustainability Initiative. We overcame several challenges including a tight time frame and multiple decision makers. We used productivity tools to improve communication and collaboration.
The Opportunity
Redesign the existing Food and Sustainability website for Davidson College. We were tasked with highlighting the Davidson Farm, student projects, community sustainability efforts and volunteer efforts.
The Challenge
Work with existing unorganized website content to present a coherent informational website while receiving input from multiple stakeholders. Accomplish a streamlined website in a tight timeframe, 1 month, and a full website.
The Method
We used Lucid Chart, Slack and Trello to collaborate with the Davidson College staff. Lucid Chart for charts and workflows. Slack for communication with less email. Trello for to do list and tasks.
