We utilized Zendesk to create a new support site for RigDigBI.com and EDAdata.com.  The process went quickly as we were able to create a ZenDesk free trial while working directly with the Client Success team to flesh out the experience in real time.  We customized Zendesk utilizing skills picked up in my webdev days and utilizedome existing widgets available to us.  The project took less than 30 days and all content was ported over from old support site.  

We trained a Client Success team lead on updating the support sites and she was able to train the rest of the team.  We added several more sections including product updates, newsletters and release notes. Future plans include integrating the Zendesk community feature behind a login  as well as allowing client generated tickets  with Jira and/or Totango integration.
