I’ve spent the last several years leading UX for industrial software at Honeywell, where I built design systems, accessibility frameworks, and AI-driven prototypes for worker safety and healthcare. My work focused on connecting complex systems — sensors, devices, and data — into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.

I transitioned almost the entire IA division from Sketch to Figma workflow by presenting to leadership the benefits of the design system.  I also created variables for light and dark mode.

Over the past year, I’ve led design research and prototyping for Honeywell’s next-generation safety software, partnering across global teams to define an AI-enabled platform. That experience has really strengthened my leadership in cross-functional collaboration, and in bringing research to strategy.

I worked on an industrial touch screen application for semiconductor FABs.

What I’m looking for next is an environment where design is closer to product strategy — where I can contribute to innovation decisions earlier and see projects move faster to market. I’m excited to apply my experience with enterprise-scale design systems and emerging technologies in a more agile, forward-thinking organization.

Honeywell gave me incredible experience leading accessibility and UX in a complex enterprise environment. Over time, I realized I wanted to be in a place where the design-to-market cycle moves faster — where I can see my ideas implemented more quickly and have more influence on product direction.
Honeywell was also limited with the AI tools available to use and I wanted to expand my horizons with tools like Lovable, Cursor, Replit and others.  I think tools like this will help speed to market so I can see the fruits of my labor.

AI-centric UX designer
I design experiences that integrate AI assistants, agents, LLM-powered interactions, machine learning,
and predictive insights to improve usability, support decision-making, and create adaptive solutions for
complex systems. With a background in web development, I bridge design and engineering through
journey maps, prototypes, and user stories. I’ve led enterprise accessibility initiatives embedding WCAG
2.1 standards into design systems, while also exploring AR/VR, voice, and emerging technologies to drive
inclusive, user-centered innovation in Agile environments.
